My #vegan meal this evening included a stir fry of sweet potato, #onion, #mushrooms, #garlic, seasonings, and #BragLiquidAminos, fried in #CoconutOil. To make sure I had #greensuperfood #nutrition, I mixed a tablespoon of #MightyGreens with water.

It tastes great without needing to mix it with a ‪#‎smoothie‬ or ‪#‎juice‬, but I have also used it that way to increase ‪#‎green‬ ‪#‎superfood‬ and provide a darker green color. The Mighty Greens blend is much better than those complicated blends in petrochemical plastic tubs. Mighty Greens is packed in oxygen-free glass with special metal caps to keep this simple blend of ‪#‎PinesWheatGrass‬, alfalfa, hemp protein and stevia fresh. If you check the ‪#‎NonGMOProject‬ website, Pines grows the only NonGMO Project Verified ‪#‎alfalfa‬ leaf. It costs less than half as much per serving than leafy greens from the supermarket, which may not be ‪#‎organic‬. It also costs as little as one tenth as much as green juices for the same amount of nutrition. Pines is the ‪#‎nutibullet‬ of ‪#‎wheatgrasspowder‬ and other ‪#‎wholefood‬ powers. Pines powders are ‪#‎prebiotic‬ because they provide essential vegetable fiber as well as juice nutrients, which means a healthier colon. Unlike juices, ‪#‎plantbased‬ whole foods provide the perfect environment for ‪#‎probiotic‬ bacteria necessary for effective ‪#‎detox‬. My colon loved this fiber-rich whole food vegan meal!
