Today's card is going to be the wedding card for my niece, Christina (she just got engaged!). I started by die cutting the two coffee cups (Divinity Designs 'Cocoa & Coffee') - one from black cs and one from white cs. and the 'coffee' from kraft cs. I dry embossed the white cup with a fancy fleur de lis folder (freebie with a magazine subscription). I inked the edges of the 'coffee' with gathered twigs & adhered to the cups. The bow tie is from Paper Smooches 'Daddy Yo 2' - stamped & fussy cut. The white 'shirt' is a star point off of a star die from firefly (it was the right size & worked perfectly), which was adhered to the cup front then the bow tie. I used black gems from jolee's to finish the 'shirt'. The base card is A2 white. I dry embossed white cs 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" with a Sizzix 3D folder of hearts & adhered to the card base. I then die cut the lacy scallop frame (Reverse Confetti), which is also A2 in size & adhered over the embossed panel of hearts. I adhered the cups flat, but popped up the sentiment, which was stamped in black on white cs, embossed & then matted with black cs.
