Dc Elseworlds 1 no more superpowers
This takes place and in an alternate universe:
Lex luthor has just been elected U.S. president, and his first plan is to ban any superpowers or superpowered devices and kill anyone who has them or kill anyone who helps them, he's assigned the suicide squad to eliminate them
2 years pass and most heroes and villains are dead only 6 remain batman, blue beetle, red tornado, aquaman, the atom and superboy now called superman. And they're up against the suicide squad which consists of deathstroke, deadshot, javelin, bronze tiger, slipknot, and captain boomerang
The survivors plan to overthrow lex today at the White House, but the squad is already their, deathstroke reveals he hacked into red tornado to learn of their plan so they could be ready for when the survivors arrive. A battle has just begun as batman starts fighting deathstroke he tells everyone to get around the squad he'll hold them off lex is their priority the squad is a mere distraction. Aquaman says he should stay and let's batman leave. "We can take him all he does is talk to fish." Says javelin. " I also control water" he replies. "How nice but I don't see any water." Says deathstroke as he raises his gun. Slade fires a shot at aquaman he deflects it with his trident. " didn't you guys ever study the water cycle...water moisture Is always in the air. I just need to speed up the cycle" says aquaman
Than wham a huge wave comes and nocks over deathstroke and deadshot
Slipknot get behind him and tries tying him up but aquamans to quick he rips outta the rope than he fires a huge blast of water at him knocking him over the White House fence. Deadshot and deathstroke get up but aquaman knocks out their guns and stabs Floyd with the trident "I can do this all day." States aquaman
Meanwhile in the White House the rest of the survivors has found lex...but he was one step ahead he had taken a blood sample from the original superman and now possesses the abilities of him " this is already over" lex says as he lifts up his desk and throws it at the survivors they all dodge it except for red tornado, "one down..just a few more to go." " oh, I don't think so" says batman "you've killed most of my friends and I've had enough of this, lucky for me I always carry around this" and than he pulls out a kryponite knife or., kryptoknife than he swings the knife at lex and lex pulls the knife out of his hand..not fast enough bats "thankfully" says batman with a sneer as the atom jumps of the knife grows to normal size as he punches lex straight across the face . "That all you got,I'm superpowered remember?" Say Luthor "breaking yer own law eh, lex" says blue beetle. "Lucky for us we've been filming this whole thing from my helmet, now you're going to jail if we turn this in, we'd all be arrested but I'd be worth it...that Is unless you resign and repeal this order of yours." Says blue beetle "that's it were just gonna let him go free?! How? why?!" Says the new superman very angrily. Just at that moment aquaman comes in covered in blood. "Why haven't you killed him yet!!" He says "we can't he'll resign remove the act then we'll arrest him for murder of our friends, and another thing why are you covered in blood Arthur" " I killed them all...they're responsible for the deaths of all our friends and foes, how could I let them walk!?" Says aquaman "what happened to being a heroArthur!" Said atom "I'm done if this is were it leads, than without hesitation he turns around and chucks his trident right at lex "in order to protect Atlantis I now see I must rule the u.s. As well." "This isn't right Arthur, how could you!!" Says batman now more angry than ever "my name is orin and I am your king, anybody who goes against my rule shall suffer that means all of you!" "Change of plans 'my king'." Says superman as he slams him out of the window the remaining heroes go back outside they all engage in one huge fight, than superman uses heat vision to blast him near the bodies of the suicide squad as he gets back up batman throws an explosive batarang at him knocking him a bit further back as he lands on deathstrokes body than plot twist deathstroke pushes him revealing to be alive he punches aquaman so hard he drops his trident than picks it up and stabs it straight through aquaman than looks over at the four heroes left and says " I know you all thought there was a way you could save him and that why you didn't kill him but trust me he was gone." Than he just calmly walks away
"Shouldn't we stop him?" Says atom " no, I think for once in his life he was right aquaman was lost to his rage." Says blue beetle
"We've got some cleaning up and explaining to." Says batman
"So, that's it we're just going to go back to our normal lives after this, after all we have gone through." Says superman
"I dunno about you all but I'm done being batman for quite a while, it's time for a normal life....
So what did you guys think,personally I think it was pretty good but a bit to short but this is my first one of these you can't really expect it to be perfect. Bit do y'all wanna see more like this?
