Zoom (hunter zolomen)- apprentice of thawne

 

Savitar (Henry Allen)- actually did kill Nora, but made it seem like he was framed

 

Godspeed (Barry Allen of earth 11) wants to be the only speedster of the multiverse

 

Inertia (Thaddeus thawne) same concept as comic version just older
