A Roscoff en Bretagne ,Le château du Laber : la famille Laurent fit construire le château en 1890 en pierres de Keravel d’après les plans de Girault. Le travail fut confié à M. Pétel. Devenue veuve Madame Laurent épousa le colonel Geoffroy. Le couple adopta un garçon qui se noya aux écluses de la digue en 1900 alors qu’il avait 12 ans. Madame Geoffroy en perdit la tête, on dut l’hospitaliser. Elle mourut en 1902. Le château a été racheté plusieurs fois est depuis plus de 40 ans il est laissé à l'abandon .
Le château et la ferme du Laber ont trouvé acquéreurs. 27 mars 2024 Pour 605 000 €
