Launch of construction works for the wastewater treatment system at Nyarugenge Prison
The Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA) is partnering with Rwanda Correctional Services (RCS) to improve the management of liquid waste generated from the Nyarugenge Prison through construction of a nature-based wastewater treatment system.
The launch was held as part of the inaugural Rwanda Green Growth Week which is held from December 4 to December 8, 2017
