Japanese lady with crane
In Japan, the crane is seen as particularly animal that symbolizes luck and prosperity.
Not surprising that the crane within the traditional Japanese art of folding 'origami' is the most folded object. Especially when you know that the promised happiness comes only by giving 1,000 (!) Folded cranes.
Designer unknown.
