Third Time Change

My third photo of this view of the former South Staffordshire Line at Golds Hill (or Goldshill, with two different spellings!). It's becoming quite the occurrence!

In today's 2021 view, we see the Midland Metro ground works taking hold with plenty of activity from workmen and plant machinery. Most noticeably, Goldshill Stop Railway Bridge over the Tame Valley Canal is now gone, and will be replaced by a more sturdy structure in due course. This has already been the case with Hempole Lane Bridge slightly further down the line.

This photo was taken whilst standing on a step and holding my camera up using 'live view', as the wooden boards which prevent pedestrian access are rather tall!

To see how this view has changed over time, please see the links to my two previous images:

Guess I'll be back to do it all again in 2022!
