Spread Out!

A Anna's Hummingbird stretching its wings and tail feathers out after spending some time preening itself.

 

I came across this humming bird along the San Diego river in one of the bush's along the walkway. It did not mind me getting close as it spent some time preening itself. It was a joy to photograph.
