A Wet Landing
A Bald Eagle coming in for a landing on a oyster bed during a rain storm.
I was on workshop at the Big Beef Creek area of Washington State. The workshop leader had talked about getting some unique views when shooting while its raining, so at the end of the workshop when it started to rain I just put my rain cover over my lens and continued to shoot.
I think I was the last one standing on the beach shooting the eagles that day, I eventually stopped when I realized the workshop leader was waiting for me and the rain was really starting to come down and the eagles were not flying as much any more.
It does make for a interesting scene.
