A Bald Eagle with a fish dives in an attempt to shake its pursuer.
The pursuer harassed this bald eagle for a while, at one point grabbing its tail feathers in an attempt to get the lead eagle to drop the fish.
Eventually the lead eagle did drop the fish but I'm sure if the pursuing eagle prevailed or not.
