A submarine returning to base in the Bay of San Diego.

 

I went down to Cabrillo National Monument to get some pictures of the snow covered mountains behind the city the morning after a big storm dropped some snow in our local mountains. Just after I wrapped up and started hiking back to my car I noticed a submarine coming into the bay. I thought this would make a perfect back drop for the returning sub.
