Mission on Mars Robot Challenge Finals at Innorobo.

 

MathWorks organized a new robotics competition this year, with the finals held on the 25th May, during the Innorobo tradeshow in Paris. The mission is to explore the surface of Mars with a real Rover robot by identifying the location of exploration sites while avoiding obstacles. In order to do so participants will need to optimize the MATLAB and Simulink algorithms the Rover uses to complete the mission as fast as possible.
