RRHMA Photo Shoot - Part 11
The Railroading Heritage of Midwest America recently held a night photo shoot event as a fundraiser for the continued restoration of UP 5511 and UP "Challenger" #3985.
On hand for the photo shoot were Jeddo Coal Co. #85, a little 0-4-0 tank engine, and the RRHMA's own UP 6936 "Centennial" diesel locomotive and recently restored ATSF B40-8W #537. The locomotives looked great under the lights on this crisp April evening.
In this scene, Jeddo Coal #85 has reversed from the scene of the photo shoot (which has now ended) and has coupled up to a string of RRHMA-owned passenger cars to tow back to the main building. The locomotive inches forward, letting off huge smoke plumes to the delight of the remaining photographers.
