So says the clock tower on the base of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District. This evening, the tower oversees the passage of CP 2816, the "Empress" steam locomotive, make a reverse move across the Government Bridge connecting Moline, IL and Davenport, IA, which the locomotive must cross to get back to its Final Spike Stam Tour trainset in Nahant Yard, which it left to attend the RRHMA "Walk Amongst the Giants" event in Silvis earlier that day.
