M31
I managed to image M31 Monday night from a darker site than my yard. I used my Stellarvue 80ed to image for the first time. I knew I would need the shorter focal length to capture the whole galaxy. I wanted to take more subs, but the weather wouldn't cooperate. It may be a little over processed, but I like the way it looks.
Technical info:
Stellarvue 80mm f7 ED doublet
Ioptron ZEQ25gt mount
Canon 60da DSLR- (17) x 180sec. Subs
SBIG STi guider
Image capture-BackyardEOS
Guiding- PHD2
Calibration and stacking-Deep Sky Stacker
Processing- Photoshop CS5
