LMS Railcar 74

Visual changes have been mostly limited to the cabs. I've been able to change the original roof for something a bit more rounded, now that LEGO have had the good grace to offer the relevant part in an appropriate colour. The curved "halo" over the cab windscreens is now an integral part, having previously been simply located in position.
