Lever Frame 12

The original version of the frame had a number of issues that prevented it from working correctly. The frame flexed too much and the various moving parts would not stay correctly aligned. Luckily the original design was intended to allow the frame to sit on baseplates, so that's what I've done and the frame is a lot stiffer than before.
