Blackberry and apple pie

Properly known as apple and blackberry pie, I got the proportions wrong, hence the majority share of the brambles...

A deep pie, this, with a crispy crust only on the top, as Delia says, "serve hot with pouring cream to mingle with the juices", it's mind-blowingly delicious. Another trip down to the canal today, then? :-)
