I got bored a few nights back and asked ChatGPT what the near-future of modern military tech would look like and it suggested laser cannons would see wider use in SPAA roles, which gave me a vague idea of something to build
Originally this was going to only have a laser cannon, but it felt more natural to pair it with some sort of close-in defence weapon hence the large-caliber gatling
I idea of ballistic weapon paired with a laser is based on the Rheinmetall/Bundeswehr HEL laser mounted to an MLG 27 naval gun. The choice of a gatling was chosen based on the prototype M48 Gau8 SPAA
