Commodore HCST MBT- Series 2 (S2), with Close Quarters Warfare (CQW) Kit

 

New features over the predecessor S1 variant:

- 120mm is replaced with a railgun

- New FCS

- Now has 4 smoke dischargers either side of the turret

- Redesigned hull, grants space for crew and turret basket. The suspension is not new, I actually forgot to show it in the original

- Can now carry RWS

- CQW kit, includes NERA applique on hull sides and Iron Fist active protection system on the rear-sides of the turret

- Unditching log now included

- slight touchups to details (eg vents, decals, etc)

 

When I originally made the Commodore, I gave it a conventional cannon because I simply didn't know how to make a decent-looking railgun turret. Since then, I've picked up some experience. So not only did I manage to redesign the turret, but I also redesigned the hull to allow for a turret basket and crew interior. I also played around with the details a bit more (eg new decals/printed tiles)
