Narcissa's Art on shop window reflections
My dear friend, Mia (Narcissa's daughter) and myself reflected in a mirror of Narcissa's window display and artwork downtown Woodbury. The shop has been closed for some time but Narcissa's artwork remains. Mia and Jason reflected in Nacissa's artwork. Notice the face, the depth of the photo is magical to me.
"When the artist is alive in any person, whatever his/her kind of work may be, he becomes an inventive, searching, daring, self-expressive creature. He becomes interesting to other people. He disturbs, upsets, enlightens and opens ways for a better understanding. Where those who are not artists are trying to close the book, he opens it and shows there are still more pages possible."-Robert Henri "The Art Spirit"
