Jason and Heidi-Stone from the river

A stone from the river. Ripton Vermont. That was the stone I carried around for awhile by the river and visualized my worries and felt the heaviness of my troubles, then left it behind at the waters edge. It was an idea my spiritual friend Heidi suggested. It worked for awhile. She was always so calm, the world could be ending and she would still be her Zen like self.
