Lesson 1-10: outdoor prompt B

This is my first serious exercise with the soluble graphite pencil which I am happy with. Liz, I do love this pencil.

I decided to put watercolour on the sugar pot only as I like the graphite with water so much. I intended mixing a dark charcoal using raw umber and ultramarine - with mixed results as you see. It was more blue to start with than I intended. Added a warm shadow to see what it would look like.
