I got a second #prime lens early this year, because I couldn't get in close enough to insects with my beloved 40mm. This one has another special quality that I can't really define - with the 40mm I tended to try to capture what I saw, much as I appreciated happy accidents where it saw things differently... but with this one I kind of ask it what it can see and revisiting my flowers is a joy - here Geranium 'Concolor Lace'
