Snow Gear Anna- Closeup
Snow Gear Anna is definitely my favorite of the Disney LE dolls that I currently own with Wedding Rapunzel at a close second.
I feel like SG Anna is so accurate to her actual character. I was completely amazed when I first saw the doll I felt like I was practically looking at the character and the first thought that ran through my head was that it was about time that Disney started making their merchandise look so similar to their actual characters.
Don't get me wrong; Disney's merchandise is generally not too far off the mark for accuracy, it was just never completely accurate and I feel like they really stepped it up with the Frozen merchandise. When I saw the Frozen merch, I fell in love (as so many others did). For me, it was more because I felt like the dolls and such looked so much like the actual characters and not so much that the movie was the best thing to happen to Disney (it certainly did revive Disney, but Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid will always be held close to my heart). This accuracy was lacking in the dolls that I used to play with when I was little (that I always thought did not look much like the characters that they were supposed to be).
Anyway, to recover from my digression slightly, Anna is definitely my favorite Frozen character and I feel like the doll captures her quite well. Her dress and cape are detailed so nicely and I've definitely fallen in love with the entire doll.
