Wilmington Train Station
The historic Joseph R. Biden Jr. Railroad Station in Wilmington, Delaware, which began operating in 1907. Frank Furness, one of the highest-paid architects of the time, had designed Wilmington station to celebrate America’s industrial strength and to take advantage of Wilmington’s newly elevated rail lines. Now owned by Amtrak, and remodeled in the 80's keeping many of the turn of the century elements.
