The "Ansel Adams" Elm, Cook's Meadow, Yosemite

Black Elm Tree in Yosemite Valley, often photographed. I was there on a beautiful fall morning and lucky enough to catch it just as the sun got over half-dome and lit up the tree. This Black Elm was one of a row of them that were planted here in the 1800s and is now the only one left.
