Schuylkill River at Blue Hour

The recently completed FMC Tower overlooks center city Philadelphia from the "left bank" of the Schuylkille River. The Schuylkill Expressway traffic on the left is in sharp contrast to people jogging and strolling along the "boardwalk" on the opposite side.
