BC Rail on the E&N?

BC Rail RDC-3 BC31 makes a rare appearance on Canadian Pacific's Esquimalt and Nanaimo Division at Somenos, BC. The other RDC is CP 9103. An old post card found in my collection. Photo is by Richard Isles. The BCR RDC is being used by Premier Bennett to tour the line. There being only one CP RDC assigned to the E&N at the time.
