State Police, Mercenaries, and National Guard Converge on Standing Rock, ND

As tensions rise, security forces in large number have been called to the Standing Rock, Indian Preservation. While following a group of "Red Warrior" Native Americans who have been at the front line of protests, and violence as it has occurred. They lit a fire directly next a highly disputed land called Turtle Island. While the fire burned, strobe lights came down upon us from above, spotters lined the ridge, and our every actions were sternly observed. Police and mercenary groups have put out statements that they are not aiming weapons at citizens, but there are multiple eye-witness reports of people being struck by rubber bullets, pepper spray being use, and physical force being applied. This shot was taken with a 200mm zoom, of a spotter on the ridge, I am uncertain if he is using a riflge, or spotting device.
