Mt View Cemetery in Fog
I took this February 1, 2023 on a very foggy morning. Ive been to 44 states and 18 countries and this is the most beautiful cemetery I’ve ever been to. The cemetery covers 230 acres/93 hectares in rolling hills 5 blocks from my home in Oakland. A camera, black and white film and fog will make for moody, timeless images. It was cold, wet, dark, very quiet and still. Taken with a Olympus XA, Kodak Tmax 100 and accidentally shot at 400asa, developed in XTOL 1+1 at 20c for 12:25 minutes. That is pushing it two stops.
