Me, 1953

My mother took this with a brownie camera at Manzanita (little apple) elementary school in Oakland. Our class was doing a Native American dance and I was one of the eagle dancers. Pretty sure it was May Day which back then we celebrated with maypole dancing and other events. Don’t think they do this anymore.
