Built for the USAAF as an AT-6D serial 41-34532. Transferred to the USN as an SNJ-5 serial 43771. To the US civil register as N8099H in 1963. Later to N612MD and crashed when it hit a pylon during the Reno air races on 12Sep75. Rebuilt and displayed at Yanks Air Museum from Jan97 as 43771.
