Delivered new to the Royal Malaysian Air Force on 17Jan64 as FM1022. Sold to BAF - British Air Ferries as G-BEYF on 15Aug77. It spent time on lease with various companies over the years including Occidental Oil, Libyan Arab Airlines, TNT-IPEC of which Elan was a part. Bought by Channel Express Apr88. Last flight 09Apr99 at BOH and WFU. This was the last ever Herald flight. Preserved at Bournemouth Air Museum then scrapped 30Jun08 with the cockpit being preserved.
