Welcoming the Wood family.

Mom, Little pup, Big sis, Big dog, Little sis, and Dad

 

Mom comes from the

central depths of Treeland,

a place where growth and sappy love

contract and expand.

 

Little pup is from the burnt,

rooted forest of a far away land.

While Big dog comes from

a place so grand.

 

Big sis and Little sis,

share a room in Treeland,

High amongst the branch's where

the canopy is fanned.

 

Dad is a little bit of both,

the deep center,

grounded in the land,

with a little bit of sun and roots ,

from someplace that is grand.

 

All together they form

the rings in the tree band.

One family rooted in the sand.
