Catching Metapod

For those who have

or are children,

born in the

Pokemon era.

 

This wonderful catch

has leapt from the

grass to fight.

 

I laughed so hard

when I saw it,

the gushing tears

ruined my mascara.

 

Ringing my son

on the phone,

about the Pokemon

I caught without a fight.

 

Guess that makes me

the greatest Pokemon

trainer ever for

catching a real one.

Everyone can raise

the white bandera.
