Theboat trip down the river

This is about the only time the millennium bridge opens on the Newcastle quayside. It's when the pleasure boat heads down river to the coast, it's a lovely trip in the summer time. This shot was taken from the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead. There's a balcony there with great views of the river. I held my camera above the glass barriers to get this shot.
