Rescue a Pet. Please consider this. Peanut was a rescue... he was 16 when we said goodbye. He honestly was my best hello and hardest goodbye. RIP little man ♥♥

 

We have now embraced another journey with "Sage" she was abused and neglected and she has been embraced by our family and our other four legged rescues...

 

There are so many Dogs/Cats etc out there that need good loving homes. Since I started this journey of rescuing animals many years ago, I have never EVER had one regret... Except the goodbyes are so damn hard as they are your family. !

 

Please consider this before you "BUY" a pet.

And I thought we would be together

Go on and on just like that, forever

But I was young back then

I guess I just didn't know

Little boys grow up and dogs get old

 

He was my sidekick through thick and thin

And he'd bark at my fish when I'd reel 'em in

Summers came and went and we grew like weeds

And I don't know if I raised him or he raised me

 

And I thought we would be together

Go on and on just like that, forever

But I was young back then

How was I supposed to know

Little boys grow up and dogs get old
