Thank you Photoclub for the incentive to get out and try something new again... ♥

 

So they said let's get physical and sweat. Have you ever done Yoga? They teach you healthy mind/healthy body and visa versa.

 

So here you go... and you can't go have the burn without your friends in arms with you... One zonked out 15 minutes into the exercise. One started to combust... and of course my faithful little buddies dancing on the music box. Meow decided now was a good time for a cat nap in the sun
