The bad news: not long after that pic, I got a severe case of sinusitis. 😢 It took me out completely for the last 4 days.

 

The good news: I didn't get anything else. 👍

 

I'm slowly getting back to strength and I'm feeling fine... with the proper amount of ibu and tissues.
