Peregrine falcon aerial food exchange.
The eggs just hatched so the male brings in food (mostly birds) and he gives it to the female. She takes the food to the nest and feeds the young ones.. Some times they do the transfer on the ground and other times they do it in the air.. Like here. He comes with the prey and waits for her and just drops it.. she catches it and off to the nest she goes.. the whole thing takes a second or two..
