The Big Blue ‘Bot
Revamp of the main build from set #4099, Robobots.
I’ve been suffering a MOC block for the past six months, due to personal issues and focusing more creative energy on other outlets. Just I expended most of my sand blue with Sandstormer and recently Condor, I felt like I wanted to focus on using a color I didn’t have a lot of, namely azure. A good chunk of my azure came from set #4099.
This felt like a fairly easy build. The first thing I thought of was the use use of the orange sloped pieces on the shin, which immediately threw the rules of the original’s color layering out the window. I tried to reference most of the elements of the original build without trying to exactly recreate them.
