Thompson Covered Bridge in West Swanzey, New Hampshire. Spanning Ashuelot River. Built in 1832 using the Town Lattice Truss system. The bridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
Henry Ford attempted to buy and relocate the bridge to his historic village in Dearborn, Michigan, but the town refused his offer. He ended up purchasing a covered bridge in Pennsylvania instead.
