G.I. Joe Retro Collection Commando: Snake Eyes
A HasbroPulse.com exclusive.
I picked up Snake Eyes on a productive trip to Toys R Us trip with Mom and a month’s worth of allowance. Along with Rock ‘n Roll and Stalker the trio flushed out my small team very nicely. There are a lot of aspects of this version on Snake a Eyes that I like better than the v2.
Though this figure would be more at home in the 1983 album since the commando has a swivel arm grip, and the 1.5 wave trimmer waist but I couldn't resist the visual awe in the 1982 album along side it's predecessor.
This reissue is fairly accurate front the front but the rear of the card isn't worth showing. Thankfully I have more accurate replicas (shown in this collection). The bubble is a bit deeper and wider than the original and the card art has been lightened a bit for clarity. None the less I am thrilled to have these and hope that Hasbro cranks them out more frequently or this line will be DoA before it takes off.
