P A R T Y!

I stamped the party hat image from Tim Holtz on Canson watercolor paper and colored loosely with Distress inks. I fussycut the stamped cupcake (Tim Holtz) and colored it with Zig watercolors. I added a spot of clear Nuevo to the game. I stamped Happy Birthday on Cougar white cardstock. The Cupcake was mounted with foam tape and trimmed to fit the card.
