Teri/Magical Marker Techniques/AECP II

I created the base using a light pink alcohol marker. The Majestic Bloom outline Stamp was embossed with silver embossing powder on confetti vellum. The flower was colored with coordinating alcohol markers. The hello Die was cut from cardstock and colored in bands of coordination pink markers.
