Happy baloons

I used My Favorite Things products for this fun happy card. I stamped the baloons using SSS ink Caribbean blue, Maliblue and Goldenlocks. I clear embossed them to seal the colors. Happy Birthday was stamped in versamark on confetti vellum and embossed in black. Tumbled Glass Distress oxide provided the background color. Strings were added with a sharpie marker.
