Ocean Lava Edge

This lava shoreline represents the expansion of the big island of Hawaii through volcanic eruption. Although in this case the volcano tends to ooze more than it erupts as a shield volcano. This was a panorama of the shore. To the right is a lava bridge where you can't see the opening from this perspective but you can see the darkness of the hole on this side of the bridge.
