84-4, Greece, Diplomatic, Emborius Bank?

My first Greek diplomatic plate abroad! A bit of a confusing one, the 84 code comes up as as Emborius Bank, not something I've seen before. There aren't any helpful results for Emborius Bank on google so it might be a mistake in my code lost
